bat file for make proxy server when runs

DON’T BID BEFORE READ! Hello, I want a create an bat file. (Which can be code in nodeJS or something like that) There is 10 computers and 10 modems in the room. All computers gets internet connection from their own modem. There is no connection betweed modems or computers. I want a bat file and when I ran that file, It will automaticly add the computer to remote database. If they are online or offline, I want to see them. When I click one of the PC there, I want to see the activities there. When they became online and offline, ip changes history, etc. I want to get informed if they close the bat file. [login to view URL] name is Users USER_ID | PC_ID Username1 - 1 Username2 -2 You may need to install and use some proxy router. lets say this main computer (database + bridge between proxy user and proxy server) IP address is 1.1.1.1. I want to be able to use this computers as a proxy server via my router server. This code need to work and I need to connected to internet via that computer. curl --proxy 1.1.1.1:25000 --proxy-user Username2 "[login to view URL]"
