I want to create a platform on top of the steem blockchain that can facilitate creation of smart contracts / smart media tokens . i want to create a solution-based platform where users can create smart contracts, these contracts can be anything, btc pegged tokens, smart media tokens which are stakeable, and NFT'S . using our platform's API users shall also be able to create their own blogging platform where engagement shall be rewarded like steem itself a built in exchange where all these tokens can be exchanged with steem a block explorer where actions on our sidechain is elaborated and displayed each block in this sidechain will have all records/data happening in the steem blockchain + transactions in the sidechain multiple node structure which will make this sidechain decentralized and node operators will be rewarded with sidechain native token Skills required are mailny JS VM2 MONGO REDIS BLOCKCHAIN
