Senior Developer - React, Node.js, GraphQL, Apollo, MongoDB

Job Description:
We are a small, fast growing B2B SaaS company based in Canada. We are looking for a full-stack senior developer fluent in English based in Portugal to join our team with the possibility to build our second development team in Portugal.
You would join our team permanently on a full-time basis and help us build the team as our company scales.
The role is primarily hands-on architecture and software development and progressively it could integrate project management, team management and external relationships management (e.g. managing projects where we integrate our software with a 3rd party application, client interactions for API usage etc).
You should have experience working on and leading complex software development projects and managing remote teams. You should also have an entrepreneurial spirit, excellent interpersonal and communication skills and be willing to tackle both technical and management challenges.
Required technical skills (minimum 3 years of experience specifically with these technologies):
- React
- Node.js
- GraphQL
- Apollo GraphQL
- MongoDB
- Experience with Meteor JS is a plus but not necessary (we are currently removing Meteor from our code base)
Other requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years as a software developer (can be using any technologies)
- Remote worker / team management experience
- Excellent Interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluent in English
- Adaptive to rapidly evolving environment with little structure
