Merge Notion Templates & Calendar Sync

I keep two separate Notion templates—one for project tasks and to-dos, the other for notes, documents and a lightweight calendar. Everything is still updated manually, so information drifts and deadlines slip. I want these templates merged into a single, tightly linked system and I need its calendar to stay in step with a structured app calendar that isn’t Google, Apple or Outlook (I’ll share the API/iCal feed details once we start). What I’m after • One consolidated Notion workspace where tasks, notes / docs and calendar events are all referencing the same databases and roll-ups. • Automatic synchronisation between the Notion calendar database and my external calendar—new or updated items in either place should reflect in the other without manual copying. • Clean relations: a task automatically surfaces the right documents, and every calendar event shows its related tasks and notes. • A short set-up guide (or Loom video) so I can maintain the connections myself later. Please bring experience with Notion database design, automation tools (Notion API, Make, Zapier or similar) and calendar integration. If you’ve linked Notion to custom calendars before, that’s a bonus. I’ll provide both current templates plus access to the external calendar endpoint.
