I have a sheet-metal part that will be produced with a forming die, and I need the complete mechanical design modelled in Siemens NX. The scope covers the full die set—punch, die shoe, stripper, guide pillars, fasteners, and any other inserts required to form the part in one hit. Please build the model natively in NX so I can review every feature, dimension, and tolerance, and hand the files straight over to our tooling vendor. Native *.prt files and a fully-associated 2D drawing pack are the final deliverables, along with a STEP export for downstream simulation. Key acceptance points • The die must close without interference and stay within standard plate sizes we can source locally. • All forming radii, clearances, and reliefs need to respect common sheet-metal rules to minimise spring-back. • Assembly should regenerate cleanly with no update errors when I vary the part thickness within ±0.2 mm. If you have prior NX forming-die projects, send a small screenshot or two with your proposal so I can gauge fit. I’m ready to supply the component geometry and material spec as soon as we start.
