Hello, Thank you for inviting me to this project. I am currently based in Nistelrode, North Brabant, and I am available to travel to the specified location. I am an Electronics Engineer currently completing my assignment at Philips in the Netherlands. My experience in medical technology and regulated engineering environments has made me accustomed to following written procedures carefully, documenting results accurately, protecting confidential information, and communicating professionally in English. Although I do not have previous experience collecting drug-testing samples, I am comfortable completing the required training and following your collection, testing, documentation, and reporting procedures precisely. I can attend the client’s residence or office or use an approved meeting room if necessary. Before starting, could you please confirm: The type of sample and test to be performed; The preferred appointment date and expected duration; The consent, identification, and chain-of-custody procedures; Whether the sample must be shipped or only the results submitted; Whether travel and parking expenses are reimbursed separately; How any meeting-room expenses will be paid. My bid is US$ 100 per completed test, assuming that the training, testing materials, PPE, and necessary tools will be provided as stated.
