Odoo Inventory & E-Commerce Guidance

Our team is mid-migration to Odoo ERP and I need an experienced consultant to make sure we set up inventory reporting and the e-commerce product catalog correctly from day one. I already have the core modules installed; what’s missing is expert direction on configuring the Inventory and Website/E-Commerce apps so that stock data is reliable and product listings are synced seamlessly across sales channels. Here is what I expect from you: • Review my current database and workflow, then recommend the exact configuration steps for Odoo Inventory reporting—dashboards, custom filters, automated replenishment alerts, and any relevant KPIs. • Build or fine-tune the product catalog structure in the e-commerce module, including attributes, variants, SEO-friendly URLs, and category hierarchies. • Document every change and give me concise, practical instructions so my staff can replicate the process after hand-over. • Provide at least two client references that demonstrate a successful Odoo implementation of similar scope. A short remote knowledge-transfer session to close the engagement will serve as the acceptance milestone once all reports run accurately and the storefront displays products exactly as specified.
