Zoho to Odoo CRM Migration

I’m ready to move my entire customer pipeline out of Zoho CRM and into Odoo CRM. The scope is focused on three core modules—Contacts, Companies, and Deals. All standard information plus every custom field I’ve added in Zoho needs to arrive intact in Odoo, properly mapped so nothing goes missing or ends up in the wrong place. Attachments and notes can stay behind; only the raw record data and custom fields are in play. Here’s how I picture the process: • Extract the data directly from Zoho CRM (API or export, whichever you’re comfortable with). • Map every Zoho field—standard and custom—to its counterpart in Odoo, creating fields in Odoo when necessary. • Import into Odoo CRM without duplicates, broken relations, or lost look-ups between Contacts, Companies, and Deals. • Hand back a brief migration report: total records moved, any unmapped fields flagged, and a quick sanity check that random samples in each module match their originals. Success for me is simple: open Odoo and see every contact linked to the correct company, every deal showing its full history, and every custom field sitting where it belongs.
