Migrate 4 Mailboxes to Exchange

I have four live POP / IMAP mailboxes that must be moved in full to Microsoft Exchange. Every message currently stored on the servers needs to come across—nothing can be left behind—but I am not concerned about preserving the existing folder layout, so you’re free to import everything into a single structure or the default Exchange inbox. All users work in Outlook classic (Office 365 desktop), so once the migration is complete each mailbox should open seamlessly there without additional configuration on their side. I expect standard Exchange features like calendar, contacts and mobile sync to be ready to go as part of the switch-over.
