I have running card video. On the road where this car is running, there is one white line. I want you to calculate the distance between Whilte lane and Car wheel.
the general width of the lane marking is 15 cms (the width of the lane marking white paint)
the dimensions of the checkerboard as displayed in video as a hint to calculate the distance is -
Length of whole page - 296 mm
Width of whole page - 210 mm
Length of the printout itself - 245 mm (5 black squares and 5 white squares of 24.5 mm each)
Width of the printout itself - 171.5 mm ( 7 squares totally, of 24.5 mm each)
Length of whole plank - 800 mm
Width of whole plank - 235 mm
Width of each strip (both black and white) - 100 mm
Length of each strip - 210 mm
The length of the wooden plank is 800mm (80cm)
The camera position of the picture I just sent, and the picture that you are measuring is the same.

I already have tried calculating the distance but accuracy is not so good. I am bit occupied. Someone having experience with Computer CV can quickly do this.
