I need to have some new functionality written into an existing piece of software.
The application software is called Pegasus Opera II (see [url removed, login to view] for more information). It is a very comnprehensive accounts package written in FoxPro 9.0. I would supply you with the software (on CD) and a demonstration database so that you could see how it works.
How the new software will operate.
I want a new form imbedded inside the programme that the user will fill in to produce a quotation. This screen will draw records from the FoxPro V9 database and then write records to another database. One or two new tables will be required and the new form will open another new form during the process.
Once we have captured the data required and updated the tables (added records) required underneath the forms, the programme will terminate and return control back to Opera II.
Programming inside Opera II is allowed by the company who sell the software (Pegasus) (and is part of development) and I would supply details of how this should be done by sending you manuals etc.
Have you ever undertaken a similar project to this?
