Operations Manager at Real Estate

Title: Operations Manager Job Location: Remote Reports to: General Manager Payment: Starting USD 300 Position Summary: Under the supervision of the General Manager, Operations Manager oversees their Property and Operations teams. Leads the daily operations of a group of properties and property functions, such as housekeeping, management of part-time housekeepers, maintenance, and any assistance to General Manager. About Spaciouz: Spaciouz is a fast-growing company specializing in the vacation housing industry. Spaciouz provides short to semi-long term stay options for travelers, relocating families, migration workers, refugees, and any others who need temporary housing options. Relevant Work Experience: At least 2 years of experience in operations and property management. Hospitality, especially overseeing housekeeping operations, is a plus. Spanish speaking is a plus. Requirements: Computer proficiency, particularly MS Office, (Excel, Word).
