Retail Ops Manager & Closer

I run a growing retail operation and I’m ready to hand day-to-day execution to a capable duo so I can focus on expansion. For the Business Manager role, I need someone who lives and breathes operational management. You’ll take full ownership of store workflows, inventory movement, staff scheduling, vendor coordination, and the inevitable real-time problem solving that keeps our floor running smoothly. A knack for translating numbers from the POS into actionable tweaks on the shop floor will set you apart. For the Sales Person role, I’m after a true closer. Your responsibility starts when a qualified prospect walks in or makes contact and ends only after follow-up has converted the sale into a long-term relationship. Expect to track every interaction in our CRM, hit timely callbacks, and make sure each customer leaves feeling heard and eager to return. I’m open to one candidate who can wear both hats or two specialists working in sync—whatever brings the best results for a retail environment.
