Applied Mathematician – Intermodal Optimisation BookSmart24 develops optimisation architectures for intermodal air and rail travel across Europe. We are looking for an applied mathematician to help formalise and optimise the mathematical decision logic behind our SmartChoice optimisation engine. Your work will include analysing heterogeneous transportation networks, modelling airport, rail and hub structures, identifying where generic optimisation remains valid and where location-specific optimisation logic becomes necessary, defining adaptive weighting models, and transforming these into scalable decision architectures.
