We need an 'callcenter module' into the oscommerce admin.
- This new module must to allow create quick orders as 'callcenter' not as the end customer.
- When the order is created an email to the customer must to be sent it to be confirmed.
- Once The real customer confirm the order, this will added into the spool list to process.
Also, we need into this new module a kind of Maintenance into
Admin -> Callcenter -> communication -> callcenter/normal email
The reason of this Maintenance it's just keep two different email templates to be then sent for each orders. The 2 different templates are: callcenter template, and normal template
Weel, Next to each order (in the other list), we need a checkbox. And if that check is selected (one or more than one) the 'action' (edit, delete, invoice, packing slip) will process the selected items.
But In the actions we need two new ones: send callcenter email, send normal email.
If u click for example 'send callcenter email' and you have selected the order #5
The email (with the template callcenter) will be send it to the customer of order #5.
Finally and option to can set a date range and export the orders into a csv file.
-- Small Fix: The current Oscommerce has a bug in the CVV2 code. It's not been saved the value, and this have to be fixed.
