New Osc 2.3.1 website and template

Require someone to create new sub domain and website link, also to install bought template with basic customisations as required and also install SSL certificate.
1. We currently use the same template for another website and would like the same functionality/modules/contributions to apply to the new website, only difference we would require sub categories with the new website.

3. Also required is installation of a new Osc admin data base and panel, seperate to the current web site. There will be two Osc admin database. - if this is possible?
