Unfortunately the last hired programmer, it was abandoned this work, so please JUST SERIOUS PEOPLE.
The system must to allow visitors create orders, users, etc... like normal/oscommerce.
We need an 'callcenter page' into the oscommerce admin.
- This new module must to allow create quick orders as 'callcenter' not as the end customer.
- Our people from our callcenter will made a phone call and get all the data for the order ... fill out the quick-order form and then submit this order.
- When the order is created for our callcenter personal, an email to the customer must to be sent it to be confirmed.
- Once The real customer confirm the order, this will added into the order list (like a regular order: but we need to know what order was created from).
Also, we need into this new page/module a kind of Maintenance:
Like into :
Admin -> Callcenter -> communication -> callcenter/normal email
In this new part we need to save two different text messages: callcenter and normal messages.
Basically is a big textarea to write this __messages__
Now, into the oscommerce admin; into the Customer Section... we have orders, right? Ok...
Next to each order (in the other list), we need to add a checkbox.
You as a OsCommerce expert know, that in the order list we have the following actions for each order:
edit, delete, invoice, packing slip
Now, we need to create two more options: 'send callcenter email', and 'send normal email'
And If you check one or more orders and click into 'send callcenter email' ---> The text SAVED into 'CALLCENTER MESSAGE' will send out to the email customer.
Finally into the reports option, we need to have a 'order export' option. A date range selection for export the orders into a csv file, with a specific format. [See attach]
