I need a renovation for my 4-level split house, focusing on the 3rd level and basement. Specifically, I want to update the Recreation Room and Laundry Room. In the Recreation Room, I am looking to update the wall paint and upgrade a fireplace. Although flooring and lighting updates are not currently planned, I am open to considering them for future improvements.
