Initial goal:
Phase I:
The inventor wants to register the patent/IP to be able to commercialize it in USA, México and later on in different countries.
We need a detailed study/research and plan about the different scenarios geographicaly, alternatives and legal requirements and costs to register the patent/IP in . Priorizing the optimization of the resources and needs. Being México and The USA the initial markets.
We are looking for an expert lawyer, especialized in patent, with the knowledge and firts-hand expertice in the markets, USA, MEXICO, EUROPA, etc, who can guide us with the steps to follow and the action plan.
Later on, during the phase II, Likely the same chosen expert will execute the register.
Requirements:
a) Large experience and knowledge in patent laws in the main markets. (Mexico, USA, Europe)
b) Spanish Language.
c) Large and proven first-hand experience in similar situations
