Paypal Direct Payment API Assistance

Required assitance setting up Paypal direct payment API code. Looking for someone with previous experience.

Use Case:

We send an in-house invoice to customer. Customer clicks link in the email to pay. Customer sees online form (on our website) to submit payment. Customer enters the amount they pay. Credit card is charged and money transferred successfully.

Very simple job but we do not have the time.
