Desktop support Engineer

I have over 30 years experience in assembling/trouble shooting desktops/laptops I have been bidding recently in freelancer though a member since 2014.( used to browse for projects to help my friends choose projects) I have varied experience including OS/software troubleshooting/network issues including cabling issues. Am quite familiar with widows and its various issues, TCP/IP , VOIP,LAN/WAN etc. I gave a success rate of over 95% am at my best when a problematic computer in front of me. I fix it or show the way to fix it(when faced with the know how but due to various other factors not able to fix). I have excellent communication skills and have dealt with customers of all age groups and different nationalities Am quick to diagnose the problem as i have developed a logical sequential way to break fix. Will stick to the brief never exceed the brief. Price quoted is for the sake of bidding can negotiate and stick to agreed sum. Can work till the problem is fixed with no time limits. Also very good in data recovery simple and complex. I have traveled extensively in Tamilnadu/Karnataka to fix issues with PC/laptops/other issues.
