The project should pass by the followings steps :
-Draw a general architecture of the module.
-Components, ICs, controllers selection.
-Draw the schematic based on what is needed as functions.

-Design the PCB in Multi-layers
-Produce some samples to be tested with battery packs ( it is needed to know what kind of test should be done )
After achieving every step, it is needed to get our approval to pass to the next step.
Below please find the main futures of the BMS we intend to develop :
-Control of battery packs composed of 7 to 15 cells connected in series
-Measurement of the voltage of each cell with resolutions of 1 mV;
-Measurement of the current pack in charging and discharging with a resolution of 10mA;
-Monitoring the temperature (2 channels) of the cells and the board;
-Smart balancing of the cells;
-Measurement of the SOC (State Of Charge) on the level of energy present in the package;

-Blocking of charging and discharging for security issues;
-Bidirectional protection in charge phase;
-Short circuit protection
-Internal clock (real-time clock) for synchronization of data;
-Adjustable parameters for the management of different models of battery packs;
-Historical day register, storing all events;
-400-day cyclical log with daily storage of the main events;
-Technology with a low power consumption of less than 50nA cells with BMS off;
-Detection of battery charger without t external auxiliary connection
-Data transmission with different types of interfaces (UART, RS485 ISOLATED, serial TX opto isolated, USB, Bluetooth)
-Battery status LED
-Acoustic buzzer indicator
-Internal fuse for battery protection
-Graphical interface for connection to BMS Personal Computer.
-APP interface for smartphones.
-Switch BMS ON OFF on the BOARD
