Looking for a person who can develop/design Battery Management System (Schematics only)

We need a BMS for an electric bike.

The BMS should have following features.

[login to view URL]: average temperature, coolant intake temperature, coolant outputtemperature, or temperatures of individual cells

[login to view URL] of charge (SOC) or depth of discharge (DOD), to indicate the charge levelof the battery

[login to view URL] of health (SOH), a variously-defined measurement of the remainingcapacity of the battery as % of the original capacity

[login to view URL] of power (SOP), the amount of power available for a defined time intervalgiven the current power usage, temperature and other conditions

[login to view URL] flow: fluid cooled batteries

[login to view URL]: current in or out of the battery


[login to view URL] charge current as a charge current limit (CCL)

[login to view URL] discharge current as a discharge current limit (DCL)

[login to view URL] [kWh] delivered since last charge or charge cycle

[login to view URL] impedance of a cell (to determine open circuit voltage)

[login to view URL] [Ah] delivered or stored

[login to view URL] energy delivered since first use

[login to view URL] operating time since first use

[login to view URL] number of cycles


1.Over-current (may be different in charging and discharging modes)

2.Over-voltage (during charging)

3.Under-voltage (during discharging)

4.Over-temperature (based on cell specification)

5.Under-temperature (based on cell specification)

In order to maximize the battery's capacity, and to prevent localized under-charging or over-charging, the BMS may actively ensure that all the cells that compose the battery are kept at the same voltage or State of Charge, through balancing.
