Certified Stenographer for Zoom Depositions

I have three remote depositions scheduled for later this month and need a Certified Shorthand Reporter (CSR) or Registered Professional Reporter (RPR) who can handle everything over Zoom. Each session will run roughly two to four hours, and I will rely on real-time captioning while questioning the witnesses. Here is what I need from you: • Log in to the Zoom proceeding, capture the record with your writer/CAT software, and stream an accurate real-time feed to counsel. • Provide a certified, verbatim transcript in electronic form—PDF or Word—as the final deliverable. • Deliver the final transcript promptly after each deposition (please indicate your normal turnaround time when you reply). • Maintain secure connections and follow any confidentiality protocols we put in place. Additional Requirements: - Live stenographer required; no digital or audio-only recording accepted. - Ability to administer oaths for remote witnesses. - Secure Zoom hosting capabilities. - Digital Exhibit Management: Capability to stamp and attach electronic PDF exhibits during proceedings. Important: Applicants must be certified in the United States only. Statutory Certification: The assigned reporter must be a Certified Shorthand Reporter (CSR) or Registered Professional Reporter (RPR) legally authorized to administer binding oaths and produce court-certified transcripts. Stenographic Method: The record must be captured live using a verbatim shorthand stenotype machine (no digital audio-only recordings or uncertified captioning apps). Confidentiality: Because this involves a federal sector EEOC matter against a government agency, standard legal confidentiality applies. The transcript and exhibits must remain secure and cannot be shared with outside parties. Deliverables: Final delivery must include a certified PDF (with line numbering and a signed certification page) and an editable Word (.docx) file containing a full word index.
