Convert a PDf to text document - with TEDIOUS formatting issues

Provided is an 11 page pdf, containing 3 slides on each page.
Your job is to
• copy all content from the pdf document to a new text document (this is the easy part); and
• to conform the copied text to the format shown below. (this is the difficult and tedious part)
• You will note that….
◦ Some of the format is lost when copying from the pdf.
◦ Other formatting is maintained.
◦ So you will have to be extremely tedious and detailed in order to get this correct.
◦ Also, there are certain things which I want formatted differently than shown on the pdf (for example, any line starting with “A” or “B” (etc) will be underlined. (explained below, again)
◦ You will also notice that the slides, when combined, are that of one long continuous outline, even though the outline is split up over numerous slides. So you are essentially reconstructing the outline.
Start by opening the two attached documents.
• Document 1 is the base pdf, from which you will collect the content
• Document 2 is the text (docx) document where you will move the pdf content to. The first few slides have already been done for you, to show you how I want the final appearance.
• Please observe and mimic all formatting that is shown in the starting sample of document 2, as well as the formatting information below under “Note the following.”
Note the following:
• You will move ALL content TO the docX document THAT IS PROVIDED. You will send back the DocX document, not any other form of text document.
• Each UxLOx heading will be bold, with 2 blank lines above it, and 2 blank lines below it
• Font and size of each heading will be observed (see example)
• Font and size of all text will be observed (mostly Liberation Serif, size 11 for most text)
• You will FREQUENTLY encounter situations where the text is split across multiple lines (on the slide), but where it can (and should) be reduced to 1 or 2 lines. This happens on almost every slide, and this needs to be fixed in every instance, as shown in the attached documents.
