Hi, PDF and web data landing in Excel or Sheets clean enough nobody re checks it. Data entry slows on scans or tables breaking across pages. Approach: pull the text layer where one exists so tables land as rows, OCR only pages that need it, then validate types, date formats and blank required fields before it enters the sheet. Web rows get a source column so values trace back. Same headers and formatting every batch. What volume per week? Did this on supplier PDFs, half scanned, totals tied out.
