Performance Evaluation Training

I need an experienced freelance Performance Management specialist to design and run a in-person workshops for our mid-level and senior managers here in Dubai. The sole focus is to support setting relevant department KPI, teaching practical, up-to-date performance-evaluation techniques so our leaders can rate people more accurately and consistently. Scope of work • Analyze our current appraisal process and pinpoint the gaps that lead to rating errors or bias. • Build a one-day (or modular) workshop agenda covering KPI setting, evidence-based rating, calibration, and constructive review conversations. • Deliver engaging classroom sessions—case studies, role-plays, and real examples from our business—to keep the learning hands-on. • Provide quick-reference job aids, templates, and follow-up micro-activities so managers can apply what they learn the very next review cycle. • Run a short knowledge check or live simulation at the end of each workshop so we can measure immediate gains in evaluation accuracy.
