A perl function that composes a new GIF animation according to these specs: 1. Frame #1 : a 120x60 GIF ([url removed, login to view]). Delay - 0.75 second 2. Frame #2 : a 100x50 GIF named by a given function parameter ($ID) boards/$[url removed, login to view] in center of 120x60 space with white border (5 pixels border around it from all sides). Delay - 0.75 second 3. Frame #3 : a 120x60 GIF ([url removed, login to view]) with an overlaying text (numeber passed by a parameter $Rank) saying "#$Rank" on the top center of the GIF (font: Arial, Size: 14px). Delay - 1.5 second 4. Frame #4 and onward : a 120x60 GIF animation ([url removed, login to view]) New composed GIF animation should be in infinite loop. GIF should be compressed after composing to save size. Compression should be an effective relatievly lossy process using color reduction to a color number in a constant variable $CONST_ColorsNumber Use of free public (pre-written) use libraries for GIF composing and compression is allowed as long as the library is stable, debugged and free to use.
