Augment an existing script (form2email by Alexandre Golovkine) by adding in provisions so that if a user has a certain IP address (maintained in a separate configuration file not accessible via Web) or if the content or subject have certain words or phrases (again, maintained in a separate plain-text configuration file not accessible via Web -- that is, in the user directory ABOVE the web accessible directory), the message is rejected with an explanation. Ideally there would also be some checking of referrer or whatever so that automated spammers are stopped. I don't want to have to change all the forms that use this script, so CAPTCHA and math problems are not possible. I do want to stop the most pathetic and repetitious spam. I also want to be able to block entire ranges of IP addresses easily so this must be part of it. I would like to have instructions for modifying the file rather than a modified file so I can see what is being done.
