Multiple Regression Model, Mathmatics expert

Looking for someone with a mathematics / programming background to build a regression model in excel 2003... I have a historical spreadsheet with several input variables, and want to be able to make future price forecasts In this case i want to forecast power prices here is a sample of the variables Natural GAS$, Peak Load, Average Load, Outages, Imports I will send a more complete description and data for the person who accepts the project Matlab,excel,vba,java,c++,solver,SPSS,math,regression,ANOVA ,vb,computer science,C#,Linux,SQL,Oracle ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows?
