Property Developer Site

Hello Please take a look at the attached development brief. I'm looking to develop a site which will have unique clickable maps of available developments for a particular developer. Each map will be unique - so it would have to be done individually. The site will need a database possibly PHP or ASP. The maps have already been drawn - they just need to be configured. I'm thinking that they will have to be done in Flash - as mapping them with html would be too time consuming. The initial site will have 6 maps. There will definitely be scope to add more in the future so if your work is good - you will be asked again. Please note that I don't need any Logo/Graphic design as such - You will be provided with the website layout and logo's etc in PSD format. Thank you!
