we installed and customized a vicidial for a call center, now there are below outstanding issues for this system,

agent click hotkey, but call still there, occurred occasionally.

[url removed, login to view] the UI holding state after user placed fast dial
The bider to be accepted should be experienced guy on vicidial system,
and lookmypc access will be given to selected guy.
The analysis and process to resolve the issues should be documented and given to us.
