Re-Design Something Unique Something fresh new! Never been seen

Hello CL I have a web site [login to view URL] I need it re-designed, i am looking for someone that is really good at what they do, i need something fresh never used anywhere on the web, i dont have any ideas how to make the site look Unique. Bellow you will find more information as too what will be on the front page, I am just looking for a layout design, I can do all the adding of my text and pictures.. I need a layout designed, i would like to keep the logo the same, but again am open to all your ideas. We are now starting to change things around and redirect the focus of the site. I need to generate some cash flow, so we are adding products. First a golf pratice putter stand. then possibly other of my past wood products to raise money for the purchase of our first tour boat. we also plan to add tee-shirts and things of this nature. The marketing coach recomends I start out trying to woo the reading public about the Paddlewheel and get them so excited they can't wait to book a trip. Then carry then into our "Sink a putt launch a ship" promotion on the golf stands. The words on the page are just a start at the writing and will go through many changes. But they explain what we are doing. Keeping the penny info, just some wording changes. deleting out all the sponsor us pages I basicly need a front page that will help drive sales to fund our expansion and marketing. Then as we progress we will convert to a full harbor tour web site. i hope that explains a little about what I am looking for. Let me know what you think and thank you. I am looking for a person that is good and communication, i would like to see moc ups of what you can do.. so please review the site and do some samples of your ideas and send them to me..
