I'm trying this again, and I will award the bid on Tuesday May19th before 2 p.m. Chicago time. Both my client and I are anxious to get moving.
This project entails:
setting up a business/e-commerce website for a small new book publisher. It would show initially a small inventory of about 9 titles, with a small graphic and the book's price. And a link to the main distributor, the press division of a major university of top academic standing. For now, each book will need an order link, maybe going through ClickBank, or PayPal, or a shopping cart of some sort. The publisher will be adding more titles to this website regularly in the future, so a format that lends itself to easy updatinwill be a priority. You will handle the updates. Please supply a price for an update, that might include 3 to 5 titles. No copywriting, design only. Copy will be supplied. No need to be as zoomy as Amazon, but certainly a cut well above a Mom and Pop look and feel. Has to look and feel like it means all business, so please think of it being kind of conservative. These are all physical products that would ship from a warehouse. But since a recent question was asked, it occurs to me the books could sell better with a link to a small .pdf sample of about 3-4 pages, which would be supplied. Thanks for looking this over. Look forward to your bid. Please reply as soon as possible. First bidders blew right past this, but it's a top priority if you want your bid seriously considered: Please supply me with your contact info including your mailing address, when you bid. pari833
I think it involves:
Website Design****For sure, again, nothing zoomy or flashy. Publishers are conservative, so this will be straightforward, elegant, and you will be doing updates/additions to it on a regular basis, don't forget.
