sending confirmation

We are looking for a programm which send a confirmation to our customers that their order has been posted by us.

In the confirmation shut be come the tracingnumber and a zip-code (two input-fields). What we need is a programm with a inputfield for email address (send to), inputfield for tracingnumber and inputfield for zip-code. A small letter with the result of the variable inputfields will be send ONCE to the different customers (and a bcc email to our administration after we give the order, or better, by using a cron job at local time (amsterdam) 22.00. Our server can work with a cron job.

After sending the inputfields will be clear and ready for a new day.
