Help with running React / Parcel app in Cordova

The static bundled files for the react app run just fine from localhost if you run a server in the folder, but does not work by opening the folder [login to view URL] file. I'm trying to move this app into a Cordova wrapper and need to figure this out. I'm sure it's just a small setting. (Hopefully).
