I would like to hire a Photographer

Hello, We are looking for price quotes in regards to our conference. Our event will be on May 3-5, 2018 but we would need a photographer preferably on Friday, May 4. Ideally we would like the photographer to use (if possible) a fixed focal length lens, taking photos of attendees, speakers, and any networking, also any artistic photos of event signage and giveaways. We would prefer the photos to be High Resolution .jpeg and delivered via dropbox and all copyrights will be given to ASA. Most of the event will be held at the venue but there is one off site tour that we would like a few photo of as well. Can you also provide us a second quote if we hire you for the entire conference. Attached is the itinerary for the conference. Please let us know if this is possible and what the total price will be.
