eCommerce Photo & Video Shoot

I’m putting together an online platform where the “products” are actually upcoming events, so every image and clip must sell the experience at a glance. I need a versatile freelancer who can handle both photography and videography with an eCommerce mindset—think clean, scroll-stopping hero shots as well as short, punchy promo videos that convert browsers into ticket buyers. You’ll be shooting specifically for eCommerce use rather than a traditional wedding, corporate, or birthday brief, so framing, lighting, and pacing should all focus on fast-loading web appeal and social-media-ready edits. The goal is to capture the atmosphere of each event we list—right now our catalogue revolves around events themselves—but I’d like the visual style to remain adaptable in case we later branch into concerts, conferences, or workshops. Deliverables This includes: * Tutorial video shooting and editing (YouTube format, 40–50 seconds edited video) * Full set photography with editing * Individual catalogue product photographs with editing * 1 Instagram reel / YouTube short per set Execution timeline: * 2–3 days per set (including shoot and post-production) Acceptance criteria: final assets must be sharp at 100 % zoom, colour-consistent across media, and compressed so that each JPEG stays under 500 KB without visible artefacts. Video should be 1080p at 25 fps (or 30 fps if you prefer) with audio levels normalised to –6 dB peak.
