I’m organising an upcoming event and need complete visual coverage—from on-site photography and cinematography through to polished post-production. The assignment begins with capturing every key moment in both high-resolution stills and cinematic footage. After the shoot, I’ll rely on you for full editing: thoughtful selects, colour correction, seamless sequencing, tasteful transitions, audio balancing, and final exports optimised for social media as well as large-screen playback. Because this is an event, timing and discretion are essential. You’ll need to arrive early, liaise briefly with the venue crew, and move unobtrusively while still getting dynamic angles. Whether the occasion turns out to be a wedding, corporate gala, or concert, the core expectation remains the same—professionally lit images, steady video (gimbal or stabiliser preferred), and a quick, reliable turnaround. Deliverables • Curated gallery of colour-graded photos in both web and print resolution • Highlight video (3–5 min) and full-length edit in 1080p or 4K • All raw files organised on a shared drive upon project completion • One round of revisions on the final edits If you have recent event reels and a streamlined workflow in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve, that will be a plus.
