I need a skilled real-estate shooter who can cover a series of residential properties located between Dahisar and Andheri. The assignment calls for both still photography and videography, with images and footage tailored for online property listings. What I’m after • High-resolution, well-lit interior and exterior photographs. • A concise walk-through video (2–3 minutes per unit) that highlights key selling points—entrance, living areas, bedrooms, kitchen, bathrooms and any amenities. Logistics & scope All properties sit within the western suburbs stretch mentioned above, so the plan is to schedule them back-to-back over the same day (or two consecutive days if required). I’ll coordinate access; you just need to arrive with the right gear—full-frame DSLR or mirrorless body, wide-angle lens, gimbal or steady-rig for smooth video, and portable lighting to ensure consistent quality. Post-production expectations Colour-correct, straighten and lightly retouch every image; export web-ready JPEGs plus originals. For video, basic cuts, colour grading and royalty-free background music are sufficient—deliver MP4 files optimised for YouTube and property portals. Delivery timeline Please aim to send edited photos within 48 hours of the shoot and the finished video within 4 days. Hello, I am a professional photographer and cinematographer based in Mumbai, I have done similar projects in the past and I can understand your requirements clearly, We can create one reel per property, one detailed video of 1-2 mins or more and pictures of property interior/ Exterior, you can expect edited pictures withing one date, raw files same day and edited videos we will have to discuss, if high end editing is needed it will take around 5-7 days for all the videos otherwise, shall be delivered in 4 days of span, shoot can be done in a day if done with proper planning I will manage that, professional mirrorless canon camera will be used with flash for pics and for videos I can get an assistant with me for lighting, but usually it is not required, pics and vids will be color graded.
