Outdoor Candid Photo-Video Session

I’m organising an outdoor candid shoot for a personal occasion and want the entire experience captured in both high-resolution photographs and a short cinematic video. The setting will be completely outdoors, so an eye for natural light and the ability to move unobtrusively among guests is essential. Scope of work • Arrive on-site, scout the available light, and blend in while shooting genuine interactions—no staged poses. • Capture stills and continuous footage simultaneously; audio is limited to ambient sounds, so no formal interviews are required. • Provide fully edited, colour-balanced photos (JPEG + RAW on request) and a 3- to 5-minute highlight reel, delivered via a cloud link within ten days. Acceptance criteria 1. Minimum 50 edited images, sharp and correctly exposed. 2. Video graded consistently, exported in 1080p H.264, with royalty-free background music. 3. All files organised in clearly labelled folders: Photos / Video / RAW. Bring whatever equipment you trust—DSLR or mirrorless with fast primes, a stabilised 4K-capable body, and lightweight audio if you choose to capture ambient sound.
