Photographer and Videographer for Company Offsite in Chicago

We're seeking a talented event photographer and videographer to capture our company offsite in Chicago, IL. This freelance project is for an existing edTech business, specifically for event coverage. The event will span two days, requiring 8 hours of total coverage, and additional time for editing.
The schedule is:
- Wednesday, June 7th from 12:30pm to 4pm
- Thursday, June 8th from 6pm to 10:30pm
The photographer and videographer will capture all aspects of the event, including team breakouts, presentations, a company-wide photo, social events, karaoke, and other key moments. The resulting photos and videos should creatively and professionally showcase visuals that can be used on our website and for promotional purposes.
We seek an ideal candidate who is passionate about capturing the essence of the moment through visually appealing and dynamic images and videos. You should be highly organized, possess excellent communication skills, be proactive and creative, and have a keen eye for detail and highlighting diversity.
After the event, we look forward to edited and ready-to-publish photographs and a short (45 sec to 1.5 min) video to use on our careers page.
