The essentials are traditional-style still photography—both interior and exterior—plus a smooth, professionally edited video walkthrough and a set of virtually staged images to show buyers the home’s potential when furnished. Deliverables • 25-30 color-corrected, high-resolution photos covering every room and exterior angle • A 1–2-minute HD video tour, delivered in MLS-friendly format with light background music • 3-4 virtually staged images that match the photo set in perspective and lighting All shots should be captured in RAW, then edited in Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or equivalent software before final delivery. I’ll need the finished files via a downloadable link within 24 hours of the shoot.
