Looking for photoshop designer for iphone app

Currently developing a iphone app for the upcoming game Dota 2 developed by valve. Need someone good at photoshop to help out with the design and UI of the app. I am not looking to hire someone and pay them a hourly rate or a whole sum for the project, but a partner that is passionate about design and making good products and would be proud to see their app in the app store, and possibly make apps together in the future. The app is well into development already, been getting help from friends for photoshop but they are not that good and very busy, so hoping someone will take this on.
