I provide guest and property management via short stay letting on sites such as airbnb for my clients that own properties in Portsmouth. I fully manage the whole process for them and have a team of people from cleaners to handyman etc. I would like to add a freelance photographer as part of my team to use on a regular basis. I'm looking for someone that is looking to build on their existing experience as I do not have a huge budget currently as I am a new business, but that could change as the business grows. I am willing to pay around £70 for a 2 bed property for example. I'm looking for someone with good knowledge and a keen eye for detail. They must also have their own equipment including tripod and wide angle lens. Some knowledge/experience of interior photography is beneficial as lighting/shadows/exposure from windows etc. is something that needs serious consideration when taking indoor photos. They would also need to have a good understanding of photoshop to edit the photos to a good standard. I have a new 2 bed house coming on in the next couple of weeks we could use as a trial and if that goes well I have more properties coming on in June.
