Hi, my name is Anastasia , I am a young architect from Toronto. I also do interior sketches, which is rendering and exactly what you need! I am finding that many people prefer and like sketches more then photoshop. I can do 2 sketches in 5 days - 1 per day and 1 more day to make some corrections. Each one will cost 50$ but can go for 40$ USD each, if the budget is a problem. I can send samples of the my work if you got interested! (I also would need picture with all sizes of the room and some furniture)
