T Shirt Designs

We are considering selling T-Shirts on our online store. I am hoping to find a good graphic designer to work with on this. (please send links to some previous work/styles)
The first design I require is for a t shirt that will given away as part of a promotion. I have attached an image that looks pretty much what we want, we like the style etc but obviously we don't want an exact copy!
Image should fit 2100 x 2100 pixels on a transparent background (to be printed on white t shirt)
If you can design in this style (fun, humour) and at a great price then there may be further work to follow.
This is a very small project and I hope to turn it round very quickly at a low cost.
