We are a small business based in Ireland with 15 employees, we want to create an intranet that will be used by all employees and will have the following functionality.
I have attached a word document which outlines the specifications that I require.
if you can you integrate existing software componets then yes I would actively encourage it. ( no need to reinvent the wheel). If there is a cost for purchasing 3rd party components that you think will make this project better then I will of course will cover any costs.
In relation to the attached word document that I attached what I would like you to confirm is that there will be no problems with the following
1) integration with outlook
2) Document liabary, including free text search of the text within the documents (Word, PDF, Excel)
3) Instillation (including the associated databse) on our local server from which the clients will run
