JQuery Datatables - inline editing updating MYSQL

I have developed a webpage that uses the datatables jquery plugin to display the contents of a mysql table. The webpage uses the datatables jeditable plugin for in-line editing of table data, including jquery-ui datepicker. I need someone experienced in javascript/jquery/ajax/php/mysql, preferably with a knowledge of datatables, jeditable and mpdf as well. I would like to hire someone to put this all together. This page replaces an existing excel project. Tasks: 1. complete the webpage, write the script to update the database with the in-line edits made to the table and fix some bugs 2. complete functionality to add new row (using autocomplete from a mysql database& datepicker) and update database. 3. apply colours to rows based on row data 4. write script to filter webpage by customer, use mpdf to create pdf from filtered table, save pdf to customer folder on server and email pdf to customer. More details of the requirements are in the comments in the attached runsheet.html. I have specified this as a simple project, but I am happy to entertain proposals for an hourly rate.
