Looking for someone to make modifications to Kayako

2. Make modifications to follow up emails sent to client.
3. Right now you can select to submit a ticket and then it goes to the page to submit the ticket. We want to create a system where the client answers some questions and then is taken to a support ticket that is designed for those questions, so additional fields are added or broken down on the page. For example, the page can have 4 fields. Then when that page is submitted, the fields are then put into one ticket. This way support forces the client to be detailed to fix issue.
